Original Paintings

At the time I had just moved from Ireland to The unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm(Musqueam),Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and Səlilwətaɬ(Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, otherwise known as Vancouver. I During the time I reignited my passion for oil painting through capturing observations from the world around me. I used my artwork as a coping mechanism for dealing with things such as the global pandemic of 2020, finding my feet in a new career and general feelings of disorientation and upheaval that come with moving countries.
